I just want you to know how grateful I am that you squeezed us in yesterday; Our yard is very mushy this morning. I also wanted to express to you how impressed I am with your workers. They are a very efficient and professional group. I am in awe at the entire scale of the process and equally impressed with your crane man and your tree man, whose spacial engineering skills were flawless. It was fascinating and impressive to watch.I am especially grateful that they took the time to move the crane when our old prized white pine was in the way. Many companies would have bullied right through that tree and cleaned up the broken limbs afterward.

My name is Dennis 85 Warren ST Georgetown, mass. Yestreday on the Fourth of July we had a small hail and thunderstorm with high winds. It took down a large tree on my property that should have crushed the back side of my house. Luckily, my big shed took the damage and the tree just rested on roof of house. I took pictures, called my insurance company then proceeded to call tree removal companys with so called emergency service. No calls back. I called your company, got a hold of a real person, they were here first thing this morning with crane and chipper truck. The job that Dan Meyer and Seth did was truely amazing, not only did they remove tree but every ounce of debris. I will always have them for further work, and always highly recommend this company. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Even though we expressed our satisfaction over the telephone, we wanted to put it in writing. The professionalism of the crew that did our tree work was outstanding to say the least. It was apparent each man was trained not only in his job, but safety as well. Without my having to mention that some pine branches got hung up in the front oak tree, they were observant enough to get them down. It's the small details as well as the big ones that make the difference between an expert company and the average ones. We are so glad our "cruise friend" Bob Culligan of Hampstead told us about you!

The guys did a great job, really impressed: very professional and courteous, had kids going out to the bus stop etc, very accommodative and aware of everything that was going on. No impact to the property, whatsoever-- you would never know they had been here except for the missing trees.So, looking forward to getting the stumps grinded today, and we are good to go. After a very large Oak tree split and half of it fell into our neighbor's yard and the other half was left standing but said to be a hazard because it may fall as well, my husband and I were on the hunt for a tree service to do the job as soon as possible. Dear Jeff,
I apologize for being so late in thanking you for the extraordinary tree service you and your crew provided for Memorial Hall Library on Arbor Day 2010. Library Director Beth Mazin especially appreciated having the hazardous maple removed along with its stumps. The little park looks better than it has for as long as anyone can remember. As soon as the new roof is installed, the park will be opened to the public - that's a first too. Andover was lucky to have been recipients of the Arbor Day of Service and to have met you & Mayer Tree Service.
