I just wanted to say how pleased my mother and I are with the way your team took care of the work over at my mother's house in Manchester. From the very first visit with Ken, who came to write up the free estimate, I knew that I had made the right choice.

The level of professionalism from start to finish is indeed a rarity in today's world. Your whole crew, from the people at the office to the people in the field made what could be a stressful event, a pleasure. I handle a lot of my mother's affairs and I always want to make sure that I get the best people. She was very pleased with the work and was so impressed with the detailed estimate and very reasonable cost for the work that we needed done.
I could not be there yesterday morning and when I arrived at her house around 1:45, I fully expected the crew to still be there. The only evidence that the crew had been there was a job, beautifully done! Special thanks to John Collins and the crew for the personal attention and respect shown for Mom's property. The clean-up was fantastic as well.
